As your ROC FIT Personal Trainer my goal is to provide you with the necessary training, tools and encouragement in order to BUILD A BETTER YOU. In order to help you reach your fitness goals, a variety of options are available below to suit your level of commitment and availability. I don’t offer magic pills, diets or miracle workouts that will transform your body over night. WHAT I DO OFFER is 110% of my time and effort, routines specifically designed for your fitness goals and meal plans to assist the process. All I ask in return is your commitment to the meal plan(s), nutrition logs, workout routines and a desire for change. ARE YOU READY?

LET’S BUILD A BETTER YOU!!!

MONTHLY – INDIVIDUAL
1 session – $75
2 sessions a week – $500.00 (YOU SAVE $100)
3 sessions a week – $700.00 (YOU SAVE $200)
4 sessions a week – $900.00 (YOU SAVE $300)

Not interested in a monthly commitment, session based packages are also available. You have more flexibility if your schedule is hectic.
SESSION – INDIVIDUAL
1 session – $75
5 Sessions – $300.00 (YOU SAVE $75)
10 Sessions – $600.00 (YOU SAVE $150)
20 Sessions – $1200.00 (YOU SAVE $300)

Have a friend or two, even better. Save while you workout together.
GROUPS of 2 – 4 PEOPLE
Group rates are $25.00 per person

Each session is 50 minutes and includes stretching and warm up/cool down.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

• REFER ONE OR MORE PEOPLE AND EARN FREE SESSIONS. FOR EACH REFERRAL THAT SIGNS UP YOU WILL EARN 2 FREE SESSIONS.

PLEASE READ:
* All sessions are non-refundable but are transferable to a family member or friend and is valid for 6 months after date of purchase.
* All sessions must be paid prior to training unless other arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon in writing between myself and client.
* Cost of Travel: 0 – 5 miles is Free, 5.1 – 10 miles is $5.00, 10.1 – 15 miles is $10.00, 15.1 – 20 miles is $15.00. This fee is an additional cost added to your package or session price.
* All cancellations require 24 hours notice by either party. In the event that 24 hours notice is not given by the client, the client will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. If it is necessary for the trainer to cancel inside of the 24 hours, the client will be given one free session of training.
* PROMPTNESS – In the event that a client is late, the trainer will wait for 15 minutes after the scheduled session time. After this period of time, the trainer is free from obligation and the client will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
